At `L Noor Abaya we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a returns policy so you can shop with confidence. Below you will find the details of our returns policy:
Returns Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your clothing. Within this period you can exchange the products or request a refund.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• All original tags and hangtags must be attached to the item.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be returned.
• Special conditions may apply for discounted or sale items. Please refer to the product page for more information.
Returns Process
Returning your clothing is easy:
1. Carefully package the item, including all original tags and packaging, in a secure container.
2. Fill out the return form that you received with your order and add it to your return shipment.
3. Send the package to the return address that you can find on the return form. We recommend that you choose a track & trace shipping option, so that you can be sure that your return shipment will reach us.
Returns are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or you have received an incorrect order.
Processing of Returns
After receiving your return shipment, we will process it within 7-10 business days. You will then receive a confirmation of your return processing by e-mail.
Refund
If you choose a refund, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used when placing the order within 10 business days after processing the return. Please note that it may take a little longer for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the item for a different size or color, you can indicate this on the return form. We will ship the desired product (if in stock) to you as soon as possible. Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the new shipping yourself.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you have received a defective product or the wrong item, we offer you the possibility to return the product free of charge. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Lnoorabaya@gmail.com and send a photo of the defective or incorrect item so that we can provide a quick solution.
Returning Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications. By purchasing a sale or discounted product, the customer agrees to this condition.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
• Products that do not meet the return conditions (for example, washed, worn or damaged).
• Returns received outside the stated period of 14 days.
Items that clearly show signs of use or have had their labels removed.
